About · London, UK

A small team that ships like a large one

Grid Force Solution is a deliberately small London studio. The people you meet on the first call are the people who do the work — which is also why we can afford to turn down projects we are not right for.

§ 01The story

Our story

Founded on a fairly specific frustration

We started this studio after too many years watching good businesses pay serious money for websites that looked impressive in a portfolio and did almost nothing commercially. The pattern was always the same: a beautiful concept, a rushed build, a handover document nobody read, and an agency that stopped answering the phone once the final invoice cleared.

So we built the opposite. Every engagement starts by agreeing a single number the work is accountable for. Every project ships with a live staging link from week two, so you are never waiting on a reveal. Every deliverable is handed over in accounts you already own, because a client who cannot leave is not a client who stays by choice.

We work out of London, UK, and we stay small on purpose. Not out of exclusivity — out of arithmetic. A team this size can do excellent work for a limited number of clients at a time, and we would rather say no than quietly under-serve someone.

The measure we care about is simple: would this client hire us again, and do they tell other people about us? Everything else — awards, follower counts, agency rankings — is downstream of that or irrelevant to it.

§ 02How we operate

How we operate

Six commitments you can hold us to

These are not aspirations on a wall. Each one has a cost attached, which is how you can tell we mean them.

№The commitment

The fastest way to lose a client is to sell them something that does not solve their problem. We have talked people out of rebuilds, out of apps and out of retainers. It costs us revenue and earns us referrals.

Code, designs, domains, hosting and analytics are in your name from day one. If you leave, nothing needs unpicking — because we never built a dependency on us into the work.

Our fixed-price work is genuinely fixed. If we underestimate the effort, that is our margin, not a change order landing in your inbox in week six.

Every build targets WCAG 2.2 AA as a baseline, not an upsell. Roughly one in six people has a disability — designing them out is both wrong and commercially stupid.

Impressions and follower counts do not pay salaries. Our reporting starts with the number the project is accountable for and works backwards from there.

You talk directly to the people building your work. Nothing is subcontracted, and nothing gets lost being relayed through someone who was not in the room.

How we work

Five phases. No black boxes.

You get a dated schedule before we start and a live staging link from week two. At no point should you have to ask what we have been doing.
