You may browse, read and share this site freely. You may not scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it to distribute malware or unlawful material.

All text, design, code and imagery on this site is owned by Grid Force Solution unless credited otherwise. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial portions without written permission.

On full payment, ownership of all final deliverables produced for a client transfers to that client, including source code, design files and account access. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and internal frameworks, and license them to you perpetually for use in your delivered project.

We reserve the right to describe the work publicly and show it in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Figures published on this site, including package prices and typical timelines, are indicative. A binding price and schedule is only ever given in a written proposal for your specific project.

This website is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Greater London, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction.
