Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Grid Force Solution collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
Who we are
Grid Force Solution, 221B Baker Street, London, NW1 6XE, United Kingdom. For any privacy question, email gridforcesolution@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
What we collect
Information you give us: when you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, and anything else you choose to include — company, phone number, service interest, budget range and your message.
Information collected automatically: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referring site, and device and browser type. This is aggregate analytics data and is not used to identify you individually.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the work you have engaged us for. This is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract.
To understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We rely on legitimate interests for this, and you can object at any time.
We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertising networks, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your explicit consent.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Client records are retained for seven years where tax and accounting law requires it. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will action the request within 30 days at no cost.
If you are in the UK or EU you may also complain to your national data protection authority. If you are in California, you have the additional rights granted by the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
